With a strong operations acumen and a natural ability to motivate others, Nelson has led impactful culture transformations, delivered measurable process improvements, enhanced P&L performance, and executed lean and Six Sigma initiatives. Widely regarded as an expert in operations and project management, Nelson brings a multifaceted background across industries including Aerospace, Specialty-Metal Production, Oil and Gas, Mining, Water Treatment, and Construction.
